Loved the location! So close to Termini and major sights. Room was comfy and clean. Only downside was the air conditioning not working properly. 😅

I loved the charming room, but the air conditioning was pretty warm.

missingWrote a review on Oct 23character roomgood breakfastpoor air-conditioning
Rooms hold character with charming old-school vibes, like the beautiful stone ceilings. The breakfast is enjoyable with a good variety, making mornings a bit brighter.
The air conditioning leaves much to be desired, not cooling effectively. Noise from the street and internal plumbing/Sounds from staff activities can disrupt sleep, especially if you end up in a room overlooking the street. Additionally, the entry procedure is quirky, requiring multiple unlocks and often a buzzer wait, which can be a hassle.

the room was decent if you overlook the musty smell and wild mosquitos, but honestly, the breakfast room was a complete disaster with flies everywhere. i almost thought about giving a nice review, but the staff really should have offered a complimentary dinner for the inconvenience, which definitely didn’t happen. disappointing for a place with ‘princes’ in the name.

Could be better – read on
Our experience had highs and lows. While the spacious room was consistently cleaned, communication was challenging at times. Massimo and Valentina, the hosts, were friendly and even provided a kettle for tea in our room. Location was prime for exploring local spots, yet some amenities, like the air conditioning, left much to be desired.

The location was perfect for family adventures, just a quick ride on the metro to see amazing sights like the Trevi Fountain. We enjoyed leisurely walks to nearby eateries and convenience stores, making our stay comfortable. Plus, the breakfast offered a tasty variety that kept everyone happy.
In my wife’s opinion, the air conditioning could really use an upgrade.
